Emotional intelligence and its interrelation with behavioral patterns and professional achievements

چکیده
This article is dedicated to the study of notion «emotional intelligence» in modern psychological literature. The main purpose was analyze concept intelligence», a brief summary history emergence and development this phenomenon, presentation concepts views famous psychologists who studied it.On basis author’s review systematization concepts, idea possibility existence relationships between level emotional intelligence well-being individual, as well success professional activity, defended. In addition, discusses scientists on socio-psychological nature role emotions that they perform process thinking decision-making. An attempt also made find out exactly how affect behavior styles interaction with other people. After analyzing available research area, constitu- ent components intelligence, such self-understanding, self-control, empathy, motivation social skills, existing them, were described. final part presents recommendations methods for managing negative emotions, which contribute increasing stress resistance mastering skills. Based material, author offers generalized conclusions will help better understand structure information issue, particular, people without in-depth knowledge field psychology.
